1.1 The STTAR Global Education Conference (referred to as "Conference") requires a registration fee for participation. This fee is collected through the online payment portal available on the Conference website.

2.1 The registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you ultimately participate in the conference or not. This policy applies to all participants. 2.2 In the event that the conference is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be provided with options for transferring their registration to the rescheduled event or receiving a credit for future events, as applicable. 2.3 No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond the organizers' control, such as, but not limited to, participants' inability to attend, or any personal reasons.

3.1 Transfer of registration to another participant is not permitted. Registrations are non-transferable to other individuals.
