- 2.3 The registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you ultimately participate in the conference or not.
- 2.4 Payment of the nomination fee for a School, Teacher, or Counselor award does not guarantee receipt of an award in any category. The payment will solely result in the inclusion of the nomination. Furthermore, the nominee will be entitled to a complimentary delegate registration, granting access to the conference.
- 2.5 The procedure for finalizing the awards is detailed on the website. The final selection of award recipients is determined by the Award Council team, and this decision-making process is entirely independent of the STTAR team.
3.1 The Conference is for Education Leaders, Teachers, Professors, Counsellors, University Representatives, Industry Leaders, Edupreneurs, Promotors from all regions of India and abroad. 3.2 Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified on the Website to participate in the conference.
4.1 Nominations are open for teachers, schools and education leaders to earn recognition for their contribution in education. 4.2 Excellence Awards will be announced on the same day as the conference. 4.3 Excellence Awards will be granted based on the nominee's documentation and work done. The details of the Excellence Awards will be specified on the website. 4.4 Excellence Awards are judged entirely by the Conference Advisory Council and Jury.
5.1 All content and materials provided on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of the organizers or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. 5.2 Participants may use the materials provided on the Website solely for the purpose of preparing for and participating in the conference.
